Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING TIMES
As we work with international suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
Estimated delivery times:
• United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
• Europe: 7–25 business days
• United States: 7–25 business days
• Canada: 10–30 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days
• Rest of World: 10–35 business days

DELIVERY DELAYS

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Items within the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability and supplier locations.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Orlend Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or missing thereafter.
If you experience an issue with a delivered package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and notifying us so we can assist where possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@orlendshop.com.

• Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
