RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Orlend Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition that you received it
• Be unused and unworn
• Include any original tags and packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We aim to respond to return requests within 1–2 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item arrived defective
• The wrong item was received

In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@orlendshop.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care and hygiene products
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating a return.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items and clearance items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@orlendshop.com.
